Mubarak Balama is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning aviation security, sovereign investment, national energy, and financial technology. He has served with Presidential Aviation, working directly with the Abu Dhabi Royal Family and UAE leadership on protocol and VIP security operations; contributed to sovereign wealth strategy at the Emirates Investment Authority; and played a founding role at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, where he helped shape national security operations.

A visionary leader at the intersection of finance and technology, Mubarak has, since 2021, focused on capital markets, blockchain, Web3 ecosystems, and artificial intelligence. He has conducted in-depth research and evaluation of DeFi platforms, decentralized applications, and blockchain infrastructures, building insights into their scalability, security, and interoperability.

As Chairman of Balama Holding, he drives investment strategy, governance, and global partnerships across sectors including digital finance, agriculture, technology, logistics, and real estate. Faisal Ahmad Balama Al Tamimi

Seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in healthcare and banking, specializing in corporate governance, compliance, and financial management. Faisal has a proven track record in KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks, regulatory alignment, and institutional compliance. His career includes senior leadership roles at SEHA (Al Dhafra Hospitals), where he managed HR and finance operations, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where he oversaw VIP client banking while ensuring strict adherence to AML and KYC standards. As a Board Director, he leverages his expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management to drive transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.

A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of cross-border experience, Sandeep specializes in audit & assurance, international taxation, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. He is a leading advisor on UAE Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and FTA compliance, and also serves as MLRO/Compliance Officer for DNFBP-regulated entities. Sandeep has built and led multi-jurisdictional practices in India and the UAE, providing IFRS-aligned reporting, internal audits, Virtual CFO services, and advisory support to startups, FinTechs, family offices, and regulated businesses.
